Does anyone else on the zone like them at all?
I really love them and have been playing nothing else lately.
My favourite album is Origin of Symatry and favourite song is Citizen Erased.
Wow, didn't think they'd be your thing chicky.
I know bugger all about them really, but their latest album was on permanent play when I was in sydney recently, staying in a flat with a heap of drama and physics students, no furnature, and too much cheap wine. I know and love every note of that album, but that's the extent of my Muse-following. Any recommendations for following it up?
absolutely enin, you should here other musish things, Origin of symatry is heavier, but absolution and showbizz are nice too.
and the live version of citizen erased is to die for.

i really hope they do citizen erased.
Sometimes I think they're overblown drama musicians, sometimes I think they're brilliant. They're really a bit of both. Dramatic to the point of operatic at times. Sometimes it doesn't work well and it's almost annoying but very often it's amazingly good. I love "Supermassive Black Hole" and "New Born". I think Unintended from their first album is just a beautiful song, also like "Uno" and "Muscle Museum" from there. "City of Dillution" from the newest album is amazing.
Definitely check those guys out, those of you who haven't heard them. They were accused of being Radiohead copy cats after their first album but since Origin of Symmetry they've really come into their own. I have favorite tracks of all 4 albums and you can really pick up any one of them, no specific recommendations there.
I actually think that Blackholes and revolations is quite a bit more commercial than their previous stuff, bgut it's still good.
'knights of cydonia" is very good, as well as "hoodoo"
Apparently they are very good live, and win several awards for it, thus, can't wait to see them.
the one thing i love about them and that drew me to them is that they use the piano quite frequently and in interesting ways.
Yes, they are a little like radiohead, but they were heavily influenced by them, and thus, of course they sound a little like them.
Put it this way, i never thought i'd ever like rock music in any form, but Muse caught my interest. They do things to my sole.
yeah there great! don't have a best song, but i do have all there albums and quite a bit of there live stuff, which i reckamend that anyone gets, because unlike other bands, they sound just as good if not better live. glastenbery (dunno if i spelt that right) 2006 has a good set list.
But yeah, totally different band that aren't afraid to try something different.

I love Muscle Museum. That's my favourite. I also like some of there other stuff, but I just can't go past that one.
Yeah, Muscle Museum is a fantastic song, and i think it came off quite a good album, they are just cool...
